Ian Studders
Director - Commercial Property Management
As Director of Commercial Property Management, Ian oversees a portfolio of 4 million square feet of office, medical, retail, and industrial properties located throughout the state of Michigan. Ian has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has also worked in commercial leasing and acquisitions. He leads a team of 10, including 6 direct reports. Ian is a proactive problem solver who enjoys the interdisciplinary nature of real estate and building relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors.
He graduated from Miami University (Ohio) in 2004 and earned a Master of City & Regional Planning degree from The Ohio State University in 2011. Ian holds certifications from the Urban Land Institute’s Larson Center for Leadership and Wayne State University’s Detroit Revitalization Fellows Program. Outside of work Ian enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, and playing platform tennis.
